Spring 2026 Internship Opportunities
Discover Your Calling. Grow Your Gifts. Make an Impact.
Are you ready to take the next step in your faith and leadership journey? Unity Community Church is offering hands-on Spring 2026 Internships designed to help you gain real ministry experience, grow in your calling, and make a difference that matters.
As an intern, you’ll work side by side with experienced leaders, dive into real projects, and develop the practical and spiritual skills needed to lead with confidence—whether in ministry or any field God calls you to. This is more than an internship—it’s an opportunity to serve, learn, and be stretched in new ways.
We’re currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Children’s Ministry Intern – Partner with our Children’s Director to plan and lead engaging lessons, activities, and events that help kids grow in their faith.
Student Ministry Intern – Invest in middle and high school students through weekly programs, small groups, and outreach events that make a difference.
Social Media Intern – Create and share digital content that tells the story of what God is doing at Unity and connects with our online community.
Worship Intern – Work alongside our Worship Team to help plan and lead Sunday worship experiences, assist with rehearsals, and grow in musical and spiritual leadership.
Production Intern – Support our worship and production teams through audio, lighting, video, and Sunday tech operations, learning the behind-the-scenes essentials that make ministry happen.
These internships are unpaid, but they offer practical ministry training, personal mentoring, and resume-building experience in a thriving, team-oriented church environment. Also, please know that these are separate from Summer Blast Interns. SB internship applications are available on the Summer Blast page beginning November 1.
